Both of these McGregor combo packs include a corded power supply, a 2 year warranty for protecting your investment and you can choose either the cheaper combo deal which costs less than £100 or the more expensive pack with the more powerful tools.

Option 1 McGregor Combo Pack

McGregor 31cm 1200W Lawnmower & Grass Trimmer 23cm 320W

The first combo pack option available is the much cheaper option and it’s the 31cm wide 1200W Corded lawnmower and the 23cm wide 320W grass trimmer which would be both considered on the lower end of the price scale in their respective categories. They are designed really for small town house type lawns under 50-60m2 and although they are small, they can still provide enough power to maintain your garden as long as you mow on a regular basis.

The lawnmower has just 3 mow height settings, a small grass collection box of 30L capacity and the mow width is quite narrow at just 31cm. A nice addition here is the fact that the handles can be folded down which helps in tighter storage spaces.

The power cable is 10m long for the mower and 6m long for the Grass trimmer and you get a 2 year warranty on both. Price wise, you can expect to spend around £70 to £100 which can be double checked below.

Option 2 McGregor Combo Pack

McGregor 34cm 1400W Lawnmower & Grass Trimmer 25cm 350W

If you need a more powerful, wider lawnmower and a more powerful robust Grass trimmer, then this second option will be the better choice for you. Plus, to be fair, the costs are not all that bad all things considered. The lawnmower has 1400W power (200W more), a mowing width 34cm (3cm wider) and a larger grass collection box of 35L capacity (5L more).

This particular lawnmower has a small rear roller also which helps to generate small stripes across your lawn as you mow and it’s designed for more difficult mowing conditions such as denser, thicker and longer grasses.

The grass trimmer is better equipped for thicker grass trimming, and it has a more powerful motor 350 (30W extra) and a longer power cord of 8m (2m longer).

So, while it is more expensive, there are plenty of reasons to justify the extra costs and generally speaking you should be able to get your hands on it for less than £150 which can also be double checked below. In our opinion, it also offers great value for what you are getting.
