The fourth time for me to use the self-propelled 200cc engine the start coil spring broke. I went to power smarts parts web site and it’s about as useful as its product. The coil spring is not available. To make things even worse is I clicked on the contact us and email us, and my Norton protect stated it was an unsafe site. The location is in Illinois.
Should have read farther and noted it was made in china. I now have a brand-new cheap piece of useless crap.
I bought a Power smart 22in.self propelled model PSM2022 last year and it is a piece of junk. I bought it at Home Depot and I will never buy your product again . After a few mowing, the deck cracked and it vibrated so much the muffler broke off. Home Depot would not replace it. Can anyone help me?
YES I DID THE MISTAKE I BUYING ONE IT BROKE ON THE FIRTS USE I ORDER PARTS AND NEVER GOT THEM AND THE WORST THING IS THEY GOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR 2 WEEKS, WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.
